Dartek® Nylon Film
Type 6.6 Nylon Film without any surface coatings in a .0075 mil. thick weight. Softer and more conforming than mylar, and can absorb up to 10% of its weight in moisture, resulting in more pliability. Often used as a membrane on vacuum hot tables. In addition, the film is ideal for long term storage in a dark, climate controlled environment. Dartek® performs well as a short term packaging material, makes a great barrier layer for displays, and creates an ideal, transparent dust cover.
