Ordering Tips
- Indicate "SHIP TO" if different from "INVOICE TO".
- Please use your ACCOUNT NUMBER where possible
- Include catalogue numbers
- Specify colour and quantity – Some items have multiple colour choices.
Order Confirmation
- If you must issue a confirmation, please indicate "CONFIRMING ORDER" to avoid the possibility of a duplicate shipment.
- Submit a copy for custom printed orders
- Include your AIR MILES ® reward miles number
- Minimum order of $35.00 excluding Taxes and Shipping Charges
Next Day Shipping is Standard!
In-stock products ship the very next day. If you need delivery over night, request UPS Next Day
Air or Federal Express. Just call before 2 p.m. EST, and your order will arrive the next day!
Shipping:
All shipments are F.O.B. Shipping Point. We ship the most economical way with the shipping charges added to your invoice.
Orders stating "F.O.B. Destination" may be delayed while we contact you for correction.

On all orders, terms are net 30 days subject to credit approval. Minimum order of $35.00.
Provincial Sales Tax PST and the Goods and Services Tax GST are NOT included in our prices and will be added to your invoice where applicable.
Catalogue Pricing:
During the preparation of our Catalogues every effort is made to keep prices current. However, with constant price changes in material and labour, prices will be those in effect on the day of shipment.
Therefore, we reserve the right to change prices without prior notice.

Invoicing

International Orders
All pricing is shown in Canadian Funds - Import duties, and brokerage charges will be the responsibility of the purchaser.
