Our heavy-duty B-flute Acrylic Coated Record Storage Boxes are ideal when collec-
tions receive heavy use or where moisture could be a potential problem. The boxes
repel moisture, have double-wall construction and are scuff and fingerprint-resistant.
Boxes ship flat, fold together quickly and hold securely. Acid and lignin-free with an
8.0–9.0 pH. 3% calcium carbonate buffer. Colour: Archival Grey.

Coroplast Record Storage Boxes

Manufactured from Coroplast Corrugated Plastic, a rigid, heat-resistant, chemically
stable copolymer of 90% polypropylene and 10% polyethylene ideally suited for
archival storage. Corofile boxes are washable, heat and corrosion-resistant and will

not absorb grease, oil or acids. Tests show that Coroplast has high burst, puncture 53-430
®
and edge and flat crush properties. Coroplast will not burst on the Mullen Tester.
Boxes ship flat, fold together quickly and hold securely. Coroplast does not contain UV
®
inhibitors and is not recommended for areas with UV exposure.
Storage Boxes: The Storage Box has recessed dustproof carrying handles and a title
card holder at one end. A full hinged lid with secure lock tabs keeps dust out. These
boxes are made with 4 mm Coroplast for extra strength. Colour: White.

Record Storage Box Folder Supports
– Keep file folders upright in partially filled boxes
The supports prevent file folders from sliding in the boxes and damaging fragile
documents. The strong B-flute corrugated design sustains the weight of heavy
folders. These reusable supports adjust, to support 1/3 or 2/3 partial cartons. They are
acid-free and unbuffered, with a pH of 7.0–7.5. Colour: White. 5 per package.
