Parcel Shipments

We ship everywhere across Canada using several different companies to offer you the most economical rates possible. Due to our wide variety of products and the vast shipping areas we cover, we cannot provide an instant shipping quote through our website. We do however offer a quote shipping option prior to your order being placed. If you select this shipping method we will instantly convert your order to a quote and provide you with the exact shipping cost for your order. In the event, you have purchased from us before and are confident we will provide you with the most economical rate we can. Select the option to just proceed with your order and your order will be processed without a quote and an additional shipping charge will be added to your order.

Freight Shipments

Large items and orders may be required to ship via one of our freight carriers. If an order is too large to send via parcel an instant shipping estimate may not be available. We can simply add the charges after the order is shipped, or you may choose to receive a rate quote prior to us processing your order.

The personal information provided to Carr McLean will be used solely for the purpose of processing your orders, and payments of the same. In the future we may offer announcements, product information etc via e-mail. This email will be sent directly from Carr McLean and not any third party. If you do not wish to receive these emails, please contact Carr McLean and you will be removed from the recipients list, or choose the appropriate selection under your account information.

Passwords
Carr McLean employees do not have access to view or change passwords of our customer accounts.  Should you forget the password, please use the "Forgot Password" feature found in the login page.  Your password will be emailed directly to your email address.  Once logged in, you have the option to change your existing password.

Carr McLean Limited reserves the right to add to, or change any of the above policy. Should this happen, the changes will be posted on this page.
