Return Policy

1. At Carr McLean we are committed to your satisfaction as a customer, however we do ask for your co-operation in regards to the return of materials.

2. Please contact our Customer Service Department (sales@carrmclean.ca) prior to returning any merchandise for approval and return instructions. At that time we will gladly make any return shipping arrangements as necessary.

3. Please note that a 15% restocking charge may apply in addition to other applicable expenses (return shipping charges etc). 

4. Items such as custom furniture, custom shelving, and other special order (non-stock), may not be returnable.
