Hollinger Archival Boards

Archives Grey/ White Board - Hollinger manufactures this material for the United States National Archives and Records Administration, to their specifications. This 60 pt. board is sulphur-free, has a minimum pH of 8.5, and a 3% calcium carbonate buffer throughout. Both the grey outer liner and the white liner are lignin-free and conforms to ANSI IT9.2 Standards. TAPPI accelerated aging tests demonstrate that this board prevents acid migration for at least two centuries. Archival Board has a basis weight of 200 lbs. per thousand square feet, and a Mullen bursting strength of 240 lbs. per square inch.

Hollinger Grey/ White Board - This fully bleached fibreboard in lignin and sulphur-free, and conforms to ANSI IT9.2 Standards. It has a minimum pH of 8.5 and a 3% calcium carbonate buffer. The 60 pt. board has a grey exterior and a white interior. Hollinger Board has a basis weight of 225 lbs. per thousand square feet, and a Mullen bursting strength of 275 lbs. per square inch.
